1. Introduction

Welcome to the Affiliate Program offered by Natureance. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. Natureance reserves the right to refuse the Registration in the Program to any applicant. By signing up for the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, you must complete the registration form on our website, purchase a Member’s Starter Kit and agree to these Terms. You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to participate in the Program.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to promote Natureance products and services using marketing materials approved and provided by the Company. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and consumer protection. You must not engage in deceptive, misleading or unethical marketing practices while promoting Natureance products and services.

4. Commission Structure

You may earn commissions on eligible sales generated through your unique affiliate link or the official, most recent Natureance Compensation Plan. The commission rate, eligibility criteria for earning commissions, and Compensation Plan are determined solely by Natureance and may be subject to change at any time. Commissions are paid out according to the Natureance payment schedule and the Natureance preferred method of payment.

5. Product Purchases

As an affiliate, you may have the opportunity to purchase Natureance products at a discounted price for personal use only. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal liabilities arising from resale activities conducted by affiliates.

6. Intellectual Property

You agree not to modify, alter, or misuse the Company’s intellectual property in any way. All images, videos, graphics, and content provided by Natureance are the exclusive property of Natureance and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on images, videos, graphics, or content without prior written permission from the Company. You further agree not to use the Company’s images, videos, graphics, or content in any manner that is deceptive, misleading, or harmful to the Company's reputation.

7. Communications

By providing Natureance my full name, phone, address, and email, I authorize Natureance, its associates, and independent contractors to communicate with me via name, phone, postal mail, and email. I acknowledge that these communications may contain offers or solicitations related to the sale and purchase of Natureance products or services, or any other information relevant to Natureance.

8. Return Policy

All sales made through the Program are final. The Company does not accept returns or provide refunds for products unless they are defective. Customers must report any defects within 30 days of placing the order. If a product is found to be defective, the Company may offer a replacement or issue a refund, at its discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

9. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The same applies in the case of abuse or misuse of Natureance products and services. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Termination

Natureance reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Program. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities related to Natureance products and services and remove all Natureance marketing materials from your platforms.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting in any of the Company's official media or any other site that the Company chooses for this purpose. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA without regard to its conflict of law principles. In case of any disagreements related to these Terms or their breach, both parties commit to settle the dispute, question, claim, or disagreement through sincere negotiation in the State of Texas, USA. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Houston, Texas, USA.
